Ragnamex Hardcore - An Extreme Challenge in MMO[edit]
Ragnamex Hardcore is a highly modified MMO server designed to deliver a completely different experience from the classic version. Many traditional mechanics and elements have been altered or removed, making way for new systems that align with the server’s core challenge: Hardcore Mode.
🛠 A New Way to Play[edit]
In this mode, we have eliminated most classic elements, such as cards and traditional equipment. However, Ragnamex Hardcore introduces a vast array of new features, including:
- Custom weapons
- Unique gear
- Socketable gems
- Enchantments
These are all obtainable throughout the adventure or via the Professions System.
To support the server’s economy, we have implemented an Auction House, allowing players to trade dynamically. Additionally, many classes have undergone mechanical and skill changes, making them unique in their playstyle. !!@@!!
🧩 Game Modes[edit]
Ragnamex Hardcore offers three unique game modes. Choose the path that best suits your playstyle:
| Hardcore Mode | ⚔️ The core challenge. This is the default mode of the server. Upon death, you return to level 1/1, and lose everything: inventory, equipment, and Zeny. |
Slow and Steady | 🛡️ A safer journey. You reduce the experience gained from monsters and quests by 50%. Dying incurs a small 5% penalty. However, you keep all your progress, inventory, equipment, and Zeny. |
Craftman's Way | 🛠️ For the creators. Monsters give no EXP. Quests give less EXP. But every crafted item grants EXP. The more you craft, the faster you level up. |
